The role is an integral part of our Service Desk team providing remote technical support and guidance to awesome customers. Excellent customer service skills are a key requirement alone with diagnosis of end-user issues.

An understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services
Bilingualism (French and English)
