Trusted support since 2001.

The name ‘Intega IT’ was first introduced to Ottawa in 2014, but our history dates back to 2001, when we started as a managed IT service provider for residences and small companies.

As the IT support industry evolved, technology changed, workplaces went remote and the demand for cybersecurity measures grew, so did we.

With years of experience, we have the expertise to assess new innovations, use existing technology to closely monitor your data and – most importantly – work with you strategically on business decisions that will impact productivity, profitability, growth and security.

Our Dedicated Team

Our mission is simple. Build trust with transparency.

As your IT support partner, we will present several options that fit your organization best, and we’ll explain the pros and cons in straight forward, concise language.

We’ll build a service agreement that works for your company and creates peace of mind. We will also ensure that we are a good fit for you – and you for us.

And when you need us, we’ll be there.

Corporate Social Responsibility

No one succeeds on their own. It takes individual effort to build a strong community where everyone has a chance to thrive.

– John Robinson, President and CEO, Intega IT

From our beginnings in 2001 to now, work-life balance and contributing in a positive way to our community have been important to us. Ottawa has given us so much – and we love giving back. Over the years, we’ve supported many organizations and charities through pro bono services or donations of equipment. Our ongoing pro bono relationship supporting the work of Carty House is just one example of our commitment to Ottawa.

CARTY HOUSE

This communal residence offers safe and supportive transitional housing for women refugees new to Canada. Through language tutoring, educational training, employment assistance, counselling, access to health services and legal support, they help women in need start a new life.

Access to the internet is essential to the mission of Carty House, from an operational perspective and for the refugees themselves to take language classes, search for jobs and keep in touch with family. Since 2015, we have been proud to partner with Carty House in supplying hardware and ongoing IT support. Intega IT upgraded and proactively supports their existing hardware.

We’ve also donated extra computers to ensure that the refugee women will have increased access to the resources they require. Since working with Intega, Carty House’s IT infrastructure has been running smoothly, with minimal down time. They rarely require tech support, but when they do, we answer immediately.
